What to know before you start
What kinds of sketches work best?
Clear, high-contrast sketches photographed or scanned from above work best. Mark room names and keep important walls visible.
Can I convert an old real-estate floor plan?
Yes. You can use an old listing plan, scan, or screenshot as a reference, provided you have the right to use that image.
Will dimensions be exact?
No. The beta does not guarantee survey-grade geometry or exact dimensions. Use it for concept planning and verify measurements separately.
Can I export the corrected plan?
The Canvas beta exports SVG and saves editable project JSON. PNG and PDF export are planned as the product matures.
